YOUR FIRST VISIT

Because we value the trust that you place in us, your first visit will be spent providing you with a thorough, comprehensive examination. It will include the following: oral cancer screening and examination, medical history, dental history and examination of all teeth and soft tissues, including a periodontal (gums) evaluation, tempro-mandibular joint (TMJ) exam and complete x-rays. After all information has been gathered, Dr. Cassidy will give you a treatment plan that fits your needs.

APPOINTMENTS

Since we respect your time, every effort is made to stay on schedule. There is no charge to you for cancelled appointment when you give us a 24 hour notice.

EMERGENCIES

We are available on a 24 hour basis for the dental needs of our patients. You may call the office at any time and know that you will be able to reach us.

INFECTION CONTROL

We are proud of our state-of-the-art sterilization center. Our office meets and in some cases exceeds the recommendations for barrier control and sterilization established by the Center for Disease Control.

FINANCIAL MATTERS

We are proud of our ability to keep costs down and we make every effort to control the cost of dental care for you. To assure harmony in our relationship, we feel that financial arrangements must be clearly and mutually understood. Before you begin treatment, you will be given a detailed estimate of the cost. Our business staff will be happy to assist you in choosing from several of the payment plans we offer. Upon approval of credit, there are zero interest loans available.

DENTAL INSURANCE

We work with most insurance plans. As a service to you, we will complete and process your dental insurance claim forms at no charge. Your dental insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company. The responsibility of payment of our agreed upon fees is yours alone.
